These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, including the Purn Win guide pages and the browser demo. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
What this site is
This is an informational website that explains how colour prediction platforms work. We are not a game operator. We do not run real-money games, accept deposits, pay out winnings, hold player accounts or act as an agent for any platform.
| Activity | On this site? | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Explain rules, apps and safety | Yes | Guides are for general information |
| Free practice demo | Yes | Virtual coins only |
| Accept deposits or UPI payments | No | Anyone asking you to pay us is a scammer |
| Pay out winnings | No | Demo coins cannot be cashed out |
| Manage real game accounts | No | Use the platform’s own support |
The demo and its virtual coins
The practice game gives each demo account 10,000 virtual coins. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes or credit. Demo results are generated in your browser and say nothing about any real platform.
Demo accounts live only on your device and are lost if you clear browser data.
Age limit and the law
You must be 18 or older to use this site. Online money games, whether of chance or skill, are banned in India under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 have applied since 1 May 2026. Nothing on this site invites you to play for money. You are responsible for following the law where you live.
| You agree to | Why |
|---|---|
| Be 18 or older | Gaming content is for adults only |
| Follow the law where you live | Money games are banned in India |
| Not misuse the demo or the site | Keeps the site working for everyone |
| Not copy our content without permission | Text and images are our own work |
No guarantees
We try to keep the guides accurate, but apps, rules and laws change, so we cannot guarantee every detail is current. Each round is independent and cannot be predicted, so nothing here is a tip or a promise of winnings. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using this site or any third-party platform.
External links and our content
Links to other websites, such as government portals, are for information. We do not control those sites or their content.
The text, layout, mascot artwork and demo code of this site are our own work and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Other brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a page is about.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the ways to reach us. How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is this website a betting or gaming operator?
No. It is an information site with a free demo. We do not take deposits, run real-money games or pay winnings.
Can I convert demo coins into money?
No. Demo coins have no value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred or swapped for anything. They exist only to practise in your browser.
Is it legal to play colour prediction for money in India?
No. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online money games, and the 2026 rules have applied since 1 May 2026. Read the safety guide for more on the law and on scams.
Who is responsible if I lose money on a real platform?
We are not, because we do not operate any platform or handle any payments. Any real platform has its own terms. If you were defrauded, report it on 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in.
Can I quote your guides on my own site?
Short quotes with a link back are fine. Copying whole pages, images or code needs written permission.
